We Fired ITSS; Once

Our non-profit has worked with ITSS for almost two decades. We love that after all these years, we still have access to the founder and Owner Bill Barlock. Bill always takes the time to explain projects and is extremely fair. We decided to leave ITSS once and after 3 months discovered that the grass was not greener. Upon reflection on the ‘other provider’ and what ITSS did better, we can unequivocally say everything. Our two organizations have grown together and they are one of the constants we can rely on every day.
